Appartement bietet alles, was man braucht. Küchenequipment ist prima, selbst Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Zewa, WC Papier, Trockentücher, Spülutensilien,... , wenn auch aufgrund kleiner Küche Töpfe, Besteck, etc. in den Schränken des Wohnzimmers verteilt. Schränke gibt es mehr als genug. Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Na gut, bis auf einige kleine Ecken, wie Lüfter und Türrahmen, Dusche teilweise wo Rost. Bett/Matratze sehr gut! Bad schmal, aber okay. Lautstärke im Haus in der Nebensaison okay, also ruhig. Für die Hauptsaison können wir uns das nur äußerst laut vorstellen. Dafür in der Nebensaison mit Heizung, also warm. Leider aber vibriert die Heizanlage im gesamten Haus immer dann, wenn der Brenner im EG aktiv ist, also ab 7 früh bis spät abends. Ansprechpartner Vermietung ist sehr kommunikativ, hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Kann aber bzgl Heizungslärm nichts erreichen. Scheint ein Baufehler zu sein. Nervt ziemlich!!! Daher in Heizsaison nicht zu empfehlen! Lage generell perfekt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, direkt am See. Bauweise aber Beton, lange Flure, akkustisch schlecht, sprich laut wenn viele Menschen da, Türen schlagen oder sich Leute im Flur unterhalten.Aufgrund Akkustik der Heizung leider nur 2 Sterne, sonst 4 von 5.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Apartment liegt im 2. OG und hat einen schönen Blick auf den See. Wenn man aus der Haustür kommt ist man nach wenigen Schritten direkt an der Uferpromemade. Dort hat man direkt einen kleinen Spielplatz und ein Cafe. Zu Fuss sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum. Als Eltern eines kleinen Kindes haben wir das Apartment und seine Location sehr genossen. Das Restaurant gegenüber war manchmal etwas laut, da die Mülltonnen und der Glascontainer nicht weit weg standen. Es sind ca. 20Min. zu Fuss an der Promenade bis in den Ort. Auf dem Weg kommt man noch an weiteren Spielplätzen und einem Cafe vorbei. Die Promenade ist schön grün und autofrei. Der Vermieter bzw. der Kontakt zur Agentur war auch einwandfrei. Normalerweise holt man den Schlüssel in deren Büro ab, was im Nachbarort liegt. Das muss man wissen und logistisch einplanen. Da wir ohne Auto unterwegs waren und der Bus nur stündlich fuhr, wurde uns ein anderee Treffpunkt zur Schlüsselübergabe angeboten. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür.
