"This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were immediately greeted by a bell hopper as soon as we got out of our Uber, and they carried our luggage up to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was right outside of our bedroom, so it got a little loud at times, but never past 10pm. Cold, bottled water is always available and plentiful on the 3rd floor, which many other hotels lack, in my experience. The hotel is extremely walkable to restaurants, shopping, and San Felipe del Morro and San Cristóbal castles—both National Historic Sites. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"My stay overall was amazing. I stayed here for 3 days. The staff at this location was great. There is construction going on in the area, but it did not bother me. Jason and the entire front staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is centrally located. There is supermarket, laundry and lots of stores close by. "
