"We were "upgraded" shortly before our one night stay to this room without a window. It didn't matter for us because we weren't there except to sleep, but it wouldn't be a place I'd want to spend more than one night. The location is excellent. The hosts are very easy to reach. "Amazing property in a quiet location... our group of 6 adults were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed, minus tv's in the bedrooms, but I think that just forced us to not be stuck in bed watching tv and allowed us to interact more .This will be my go to place when visiting the Island!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were immediately greeted by a bell hopper as soon as we got out of our Uber, and they carried our luggage up to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was right outside of our bedroom, so it got a little loud at times, but never past 10pm. Cold, bottled water is always available and plentiful on the 3rd floor, which many other hotels lack, in my experience. The hotel is extremely walkable to restaurants, shopping, and San Felipe del Morro and San Cristóbal castles—both National Historic Sites. I would absolutely stay here again. "
