Welcome to La Colonica, the authentic Tuscan farmhouse that offers you an escape of peace and tranquility away from the city. Located near Florence, this charming house is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to live an authentic experience in Tuscany.

Ground floor
Entrance: Access through a French door, which leads directly into the living room.
Kitchen: Fully equipped American kitchen with 5 burners, grill, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, espresso and american coffee maker, toaster. The kitchen also has a fridge and a freezer.
Living rooms: Two living rooms; the first with a large fireplace and a reading corner, the second with satellite TV and access to the outside.
Dining Table: Large walnut dining table for eight people.
First floor
Double Room: Master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and small boudoir.
Second Room: Romantic room with two single beds, desk and small boudoir.
Third Room: Room with two single beds and a desk.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower

Guests will have private access to the structure, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The large swimming pool is shared with other guests, while the garden and the wood are available to explore the property.

Incredible hosts and amazing pool

We had the pleasure of staying for five weeks at this property and it really felt like our home away from home. We used the pool almost every day and cooked most of our own meals. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment and we had plenty of space. It did get a bit hot upstairs as the weather was fine and hot the entire length of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
