"Very nice resort, clean room. Located in a beautiful town, near the lake and mountains. Close to train station so it was convenient for us. Unfortunately the reception staff is not friendly and welcoming. You literally have to beg for any information. No smiling no desire to communicate. Seems they are suffering at work and hate what they do. Resort is super nice but people cold and rude. "

"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. "More than perfect. Parking lot had much space and also has charging for EV's. Super clean and spacius with all the necessary items for cooking. There is a bakery and supermarket in a waling distance so do not have to worry about eating as well."
