Country Villa for relax lovers & families

VILLA ZAHARA is a country charming villa for relax lovers, located in one of the best area in Sicily for the beautiful beaches and archaeological attractions.
Fully-equipped rustic apartment with veranda and country-view rooms, lush garden with hammock, big outer space with BBQ and parking. Spend your relax in the clean air, surrounded by flowers and savoring the traditional cousin.

This property that we love so much is surrounded by an enchanting greenery that will give you the first welcome and will introduce to your relax and comfortable moments.

A big garden rich in well-groomed plants of every types takes you to the fully-equipped patio, where have a breakfast, lying down on a sun-bed or just reading a book sitting in the shadow fascinated by the sound of nature. In the meantime, the children could explore our farm, enjoy the playground that includes a treehouse or play with our kittens.

This groundfloor apartment (160 sqm) is composed by: 2 verandas, a big and bright fully-equipped kitchen (with wood-oven) and living area; 2 wide cool bedrooms, , a closet, a laundry, 1 bathroom with shower and bidet + a second external shower.
The rooms are with all comforts and with a window on the countryside.
There is another apartment above in the same property, but the entrance is separated and only parking and the big outer garden space are in common.

The price includes: initial cleaning, water/electricity/gas, drinking water, internet access, parking, bed linens and towels, barbecue, table football, table tennis, dishes and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, bikes, games for children .
You can buy some locally made products: jams, fruits, olive oil ....

The location, between the famous city of Sciacca and Agrigento, offers easy access to the natural attractions and archaeological sites in the area: Valley of the Temples, Scale of the Turks, Selinunte, Eraclea Minoa, Torre Salsa Reserve River Platani, Bovo Marina, Seccagrande...
Country and the nearest shops (Ribera): 4 Km.
Nearest Beach: 6 Km.

Nearby you can enjoy activities of swimming, fishing, shooting, go-karts, cait surfing, golf, tennis, volleyball, soccer, nature trips.

A casa di Giuseppe abbiamo trascorso una vacanza da sogno. Situata in aperta campagna, circondata da aranceti e vari altri alberi da frutto, la casa è una vera oasi di pace. Perfetta per famiglie con bambini, i nostri tre si sono divertiti un mondo giocando in mezzo alla natura in totale sicurezza, dato che la proprietà è interamente recintata. Magnifica la doccia calda esterna, l’abbiamo utilizzata praticamente tutti i giorni. Colazione al fresco del portico ogni mattina, cucina ben attrezzata. Grazie all’aiuto di Giuseppe e alla sua lista di spiagge e ristoranti della zona abbiamo visto dei posti bellissimi e mangiato molto bene. Giuseppe merita pienamente la qualifica di superhost, risponde sempre prontamente e viene incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Che dire di più, grazie della splendida vacanza. Se volete prenotare questa casa per le vostre vacanza in un posto tranquillo come base per le vostre escursioni locali, questa fa decisamente al caso vostro 👍

A beautiful relaxing stay
We rented this place based on the pictures and the other reviews. The stay was one of the best we had. Guiseppe & Roberto were both very kind hosts who checked in periodically & made sure we had all we needed to ensure a great stay. This place is centrally located to many sight seeing areas and it is so beautiful that you can easily just settle in and enjoy the property. It was pretty windy so we didn’t get to spend as much time on the covered porch as I would like, but that’s on Mother Nature. If we come back to this region, I will be staying here again.

Very nice, big and well kept house and garden.
Very nice, big and well kept house and garden. The owner was giving us a nice and warm welcome and was very reliable. The kids enjoyed above all the table football. Two small electric heaters were provided, as it was rather cold (in April). I would say it was our preferred place (out of 4 in 2 weeks). Nice beaches are close by.

Sehr ruhiges und idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus, gepflegt und sauber. Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Großzügiger Wohnbereich und schöne Terrasse mit Tischtennis und Tischkicker.

Komfortables Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung
Großzügiges Haus in einer Plantage mit allem wünschenswertem Komfort. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch im Grünen. Aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Der schöne Strand von Borgo Bonsignore nicht weit, aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Tempel von Agrigento oder den Dom von Monreale. Sehr empfehlenswert.
