Comfortable villa of 160m² on 3000m² of land with private pool of 11x5 m. Deckchairs, garden furniture and children's play area by the pool. Fenced pool.
Ground floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet.
Fitted kitchen, living room, dining room.
Large terrace shaded by a pergola with dining table and barbecue.
Upstairs, mezzanine with office, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The house is located in Ribaute, a charming village in the Corbières with a magnificent natural lake, waterfall, ancient stone bridge and natural swimming spot. Close to Lagrasse (5 minutes by car), Carcassonne (45 minutes), Narbonne (40 minutes), First beaches (45 minutes)
Motorway exit at Lézignan-Corbières (about 10 minutes)
