"Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas."

"This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. "Ruby Tower is a nice, small apartment building about a 5-minute walk to the town shops/restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk from the town center, and probably 15 minutes to the base gondola. For skiing, most of the shops will pick you up at your hotel with your skis, so just make arrangements the day prior. For us (family of 5), this worked out great. Back to the apartment, it is roomy and spacious. There's a supermarket right around the corner, so you can buy b-fast or dinner items to cook...

"Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel."
