Located near the beach and sea, you’ll find ‘’Beach Villa Joya’’ where you can fully unwind. The beaches of Renesse make a beautiful scenery during all seasons. Here, you can reload your batteries. Also, the centre of Renesse with a variety of restaurants and shops can be found nearby.

This modern, bright beach villa is provided with lots of comfort. The living room has an adjacent dining area and a fully-equipped, open kitchen. Even the colder days are pleasant due to the floor heating, atmospheric wood burner and lovely sauna. You’ll find a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a sofa bed) and a bathroom with shower. A separate toilet is present as well.

The garden is facing south so you can enjoy the sun on the veranda all day. The fully enclosure makes the garden also ideal for your children and pet. There are two parking spots and a cabin to stall your bikes present. During your stay, you can use the facilities of Campsite Zonnedorp. For questions, we would like to refer you to the reception of the campsite.

Haus sehr sauber. Tolle Lage. Drittes Zimmer sehr klein. Sauna leider kein Extraraum. Dusche im Schlafzimmer integriert ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Fernseher viel zu klein, kein zweiter Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern. Küchengeräte unvollständig, machen einen eher billigen Eindruck. Die Haustür war für Kinder nicht zu öffnen oder zu schließen, sehr schwergängig. Kein Spiegel auf dem Gäste WC. Allgemein keine gute Ausstattung. Andere Häuser in der Siedlung sind besser und hochwertiger ausgestattet. Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, nur beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Haus!

Nettes Haus...etwas rudimentär eingerichtet...couch bspw. Stylisch aber unbequem genauso wie die Betten 2x 80x200cm war uns dann doch etwas zu klein und man hat ständig ne ritze in der mitte da es bloss so eine art boxspring ist und die Matratzen Nachts auseinanderrutschen...ansonsten keine tiefen Teller, keine Ablage im Bad oder Dusche....also wie gesagt einfach eingerichtet. Lage top da 5 min zu Fuß vom Strand. Waren fast alleine im Park (war uns bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich das es ein Wohnpark ist) ...da Haus an Haus steht wäre das für uns im Sommer nichts....Landal und Roompot haben mehr Platz zwischen den Häusern. Gegenüber ein riesiger camping und Trailer Park....also eher nicht so cool.
