"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Staff was amazing. The location( near old town) and close to lake Geneva was great to visit the city. Free water taxis on the lake and free transportation was a plus. Tram stop just outside the hotel."

"The hotel was excellent, modern high tech self-check in, every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, polite and attentive. Location was perfect, just about a 2-3 min walk to the waterfront. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Rooms were clean and modern. We opted to have our room cleaned once during our 5 night stay in exchange for a drinks voucher for the hotel bar (which was a very cool rooftop bar) which suited us nicely. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Geneva. "
