Not feeling like cooking? The condo is located above one of Rehoboth's finest restaurants, Henlopen City Oyster House, and several other venues within walking distance on Wilmington Avenue and Rehoboth Avenue. Each unit has off-street parking for 2 cars; Spots are assigned. The building has an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
