"We were there for a funeral and to spend time with some family that had come in from across country. We had an issue with another family member that is mentally unstable. We informed the hotel manager what was happening. He went above and beyond to secure our safety, even went to our rooms and quietly knocked on the doors and told us to stay inside. He handled the issue and got the family member off property and then informed us when person was gone. Later we explained everything to him in detail and he said he was happy to assist us. This made the remainder of our night and stay pleasant. Next morning we were able to checkout without incident thanks to his quick thinking."
