"This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. The estate is extremely beautiful and it’s even better that this is Black Owned. Highly recommend and worth every penny. "

"Great modern and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only weird thing was when they did housekeeping they only cleaned our bathroom and did not fix our bed. But other than that everything else was great. Breakfast was awesome and location was great for Shenandoah park and Luray caverns. Very close to downtown as well."

"Incredibly comfortable, luxury cottage. Warm, welcoming, and very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved getting sent to the cottage. Best coffee I’ve had in a long time. The food at the pub was delicious. Only negative comment is that the service at the pub could have been a lot better. Can’t wait to stay here again. "
