Sant’Anna Flat is a new apartment in Rapallo, in the Heart of Tigullio (Citra 010046-LT-2600).

The apartment has just been renovated and can accommodate up to 5 people, offering numerous amenities:
Parking: Guests have access to parking spaces located on the condominium’s private street (unassigned parking).
WiFi: Free internet connection.
Air Conditioning: For a cool and comfortable stay (1 split in the bedroom and 1 split in the living room).
Balcony: Perfect for enjoying an aperitif outdoors with the scent of jasmine.
Sustainability: Water purifier in the kitchen to avoid buying plastic bottles and anti-scale filter in the shower for always shiny and beautiful hair.
The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea (about 8 minutes on foot) and the train station (5 minutes on foot), as well as being very convenient for those arriving from the highway. It is close to all grocery stores, bars, restaurants and away from the noise of the seaside bars.

The apartment has a large bedroom with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a double bed (160x200 cm), a workstation for smart working, a double sliding door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a large sofa (single bed 90x200 cm).
The bathroom has a large window, WC, bidet, sink with an illuminated mirror, and a large shower cabin with an anti-scale filter and personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) available.
The living room with Wi-Fi and air conditioning is an open space with the kitchen and has a large dining table for 5/6 people, a 50-inch smart TV, and a comfortable and spacious sofa with a peninsula that transforms into a sofa bed with a mattress (160x190 cm). Finally, a large window leads to the balcony (4.5 sqm) with a table, chairs, and fragrant jasmine (with an irrigation system).
The kitchen has all the best comforts and modern appliances such as a large fridge with a freezer, a water purifier, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an induction hob with 4 positions with a hood, a professional oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and toaster.
NOTE: all appliances in Sant’Anna Flat have instruction manuals viewable via a provided QR code.
The apartment has been designed to ensure the best comfort, the private parking will relieve you from the worry of finding a parking spot for your car, the 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime and Disney + will entertain you and your children, the modern air conditioners will allow you to sleep cool and in complete silence, the water purifier will allow you to drink sustainably, and the anti-scale shower filter will ensure you have shiny and beautiful hair.
After checking in, it is obligatory to pay the sojourn tax, which amounts to €1.50 per day for the first 10 days per guest aged 15 and over.
