This delightful, bright home will welcome you with comfort and convenience, whether traveling alone or with friends and family. A unique advantage of this property is its location - it’s under a ten-mile/15-minute drive to Raleigh-Durham Airport, Duke University & Hospital, UNC-Chapel Hill & UNC Hospital, NC Central University, Downtown Durham, and Research Triangle Park. I-40 is a 4-minute drive.

Another unique advantage about this Vrbo is that you and your guests will have plenty of space to move about freely in this 1400 sq ft home, with a base rate of $129 per night. In addition, there are no hidden host fees nor surveillance on the premises. Lastly, I don't charge a cleaning fee; the cleaning crew will be responsible for laundry and cleaning - not you. All that I will ask of you is to run the dishwasher before check-out for me since I will personally empty it while the cleaning crew works their magic.

What you’ll love about this spacious home is that it resides in a safe, Southwest Durham/Southpoint residential neighborhood encompassed by North Carolina's deciduous forest. Since it's not near a busy road, you will enjoy a quiet evening on the patio and a night of peaceful sleep.

Each bedroom comfortably accommodates up to two people and has a smart TV connected to complimentary high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. The premis has streaming services—no cable. There’s a driveway for parking and an attached garage.

The home is a 2 to 4-mile drive to a plethora of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, dine-in/dine-out restaurants, parks, dry cleaning services, a Target and Southpoint Mall/Movie Theatre, and all other services needed to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

I offer complimentary coffee (drip & Keurig), tea, creamer, breakfast biscuits, cereal, a few pantry items for quick meals, seasoning, etc. However, I don’t offer perishables (e.g., milk, eggs, etc.).

I offer toiletries, so no worries if you forget to bring an item.

I have additional towels and bed linens for all rooms.

I have a firm no-smoking, no-pet, no-emotional support animal policy.

I’m flexible regarding check-ins, if you need to check in early, just let me know so I can prepare.

Note: Per HOA CC&R, the rental must be for a term of at least (60) days, and the tenant is obligated to observe and perform all of the terms and provisions of the CC&Rules applicable to the Property. In short, follow the HOA rules.

Great Extended Stay!

As retired relocatees, my husband and I stayed here for six weeks while we searched for a home. Anna Maria was a great host and her description of the property is very accurate. The location was perfect and close to all amenities. Highly recommend!

Lovely place!

Anna house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to make out stay stress free. The neighborhood is nice and close enough to the shops. Anna is also very accommodating, (we had to make several changes to our booking) and responds very quickly to messages.

Nice house , no complaints

We needed a quit and comfortable place to accommodate 3 relatives and 2 friends at different times . Chairs all were comfortable, refrigerator/freezer clean , coffee, Kurig made both pot or cup . Very nice sitting area in the back , IWould rent it again if need be.

conveniently located cottage in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. We typically stay at a hotel in Durham when we are visiting, but the vrbo was much better to have an entire house to be able to stretch out, cook breakfasts and feel more like being at home. The following is a summary of our pros/cons: + the house was in a safe, quiet neighborhood amongst other nice houses. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. + communication with the host/owner was excellent - lots of details and timely communications + house had everything we needed for our stay – kitchenware, TVs and a nice dining room table to eat. - the master king-sized bed was too firm for our liking. The bed in the secondary bedroom was soft but since it was a double bed and the frame was a bit wobbly we could not both sleep on it. We made the master bed work by putting quilts on top of the mattress which helped soften it up. I am still giving a 5 star review since the comfort of a mattress is a matter of opinion and there was nothing inaccurate about the listing. I looked at the previous reviews and no one else mentioned anything about the mattress being too firm so it may just be our own personal opinion. Overall, we were very happy with the VRBO.

Stay in Durham

This 3 bedroom house was perfect our our stay over the thanksgiving holiday. Well equipped kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Great location to major roads so access to anyplace in Triangle area is easy.

Nice quite place

Rented this room for my dad and I. He had a liver transplant at duke and this place really meet all of our expections. To be in a sub division the place was really quite and peaceful. I would recommend to anyone staying in the durham area.

Possible Move to NC

Great stay except 2 little items: 1. Would like to have had access on livingroom tv to local news stations. We were unable to as kept saying it wasn't hooked up to internet; 2. The stones edging the sidewalk need adjusting as kept getting hung up with my walker on the stones in the sidewalk curve.
