"The hotel was beautiful in an old school glamour way, I could imagine this hotel being an embassy in a previous era. Warm marble, domed ceilings, chandeliers, fountains - even the walkways smelt perfumed. The room was spacious, luxurious (fresh flowers in the room) and the small balcony overlooked the pool. The staff were very attentive and kind enough to provide us with extra amenities we required. The only small downside was that it is located quite far from any outside restaurants or sites that need to be travelled to by taxi, but it was worth the trade off to have a private beach behind the hotel. "

"We loved this hotel. Perfectly right on the beach. The staff was super, very helpful and spoke many languages. Also the food terrific! All was up to quality standards. The only thing that needs to improve is the internet connections. It did not work well in the rooms. Only in the lobby. But this did not bother us too much…we would definitely come again."
