Pleasant little house of almost 55m² for 4persons, located on the residence with swimming pool "les villas de Kermaria", door n°105, enter Port-Maria and the wild side, beach and shops at 10minutes walking.
It includes :

- Living room with sofa and TV,
- Equipped kitchen (microwave, cooking plates, mini oven, dish washer, fridge-freezer),
- Toilets separated,
Upstairs :
- Two rooms with beds of 140cm large,
- Bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
Private garden with garden furniture.
No parking. Beds with blankets and duvets.
Access to the residence's private swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September.
Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 25th of May to 28th September 2024.
