Studio for 3 persons, completely renovated, on the first floor, door n°2 in the residence "Nausicaa". It offers a direct view of the beach, and near to the town center.

It includes :
- Entry with dressing and bed of 80cm large,
- Bathroom,
- Toilets separated,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine),
- Living room with TV, dressing and folding bed of 160cm large,

Classified 4 stars in furnished accommodation. WIFI. Beds with blankets and duvets.
Terrace with south exposition. Animals not allowed.
Private garage on the residence "la fontaine aux oiseaux", the first on the left.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th September 2025.

Sejour très agréable à Quiberon

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel, joliment décoré et très bien situé. Parfait pour profiter de la plage et faire de très belles balades à pied.
