It includes :
-Entry, living room with TV, sofa bed of 160 cm large, truckle bed of 90cm large,
-Equipped kitchen (fridge, multifunction oven, cooking plate),
-Bathroom with bath and toilets,

Balcony with sea view and garden furniture.
Parking n°13 on the residence
Animals allowed with extra charge (4€/days). Beds with blankets.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 60€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Magnifique panorama

Studio pas adapté pour 4 personnes comme le stipule l'annonce. Je conseille pour 2 adultes avec un enfant en bas âge. Propreté à notre arrivée laisse à désirer, pour ne pas dire lamentable. Nous avons tout nettoyer en arrivant et en partant bien sûr ; ce qui n'a pas été le cas de nos prédécesseurs et (ou) des équipes de nettoyage (si il y en a une ?) , même à la va vite on fait mieux. Néanmoins l'excellent emplacement, le parking privatif et la vue absolument magnifique rattrape les déconvenues et nous avons fini par passer un bon séjour malgré un départ raté.

UN ENDROIT MAGIQUE

Emplacement magique, propriété et studio très sympa, un seul bémol la propreté du studio : ménage fait à la va vite, une couverture à mettre à la poubelle (déchirée et sale). Signalé au gérant immobilier.
