This plesant 3 rooms appartment of almost 50m² for 4 persons is located on the second floor of the building B, door n°24 in the residence "Les Hauts de Port Maria" at 20m of the large beach of Quiberon.

It includes :
- livingroom with sofa and TV,
- equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooking plates, microwave, oven, dish washer),
- bedroom with bed of 140cm,
- bedroom with two beds of 90cm large,
- bathroom,
- toilets separated with washing machine.

Large balcony with Sout exposition, garden furniture and sea view.
Common local in the Residence. Garage n°7 in the ground floor.
Animals not alloweds. Beds with duvets.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 95€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Très bruyant

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce et bien équipé, sauf côté séjour où le mobilier est dégradé : canapé et fauteuils s’effritent, le sol est plein de poussière de simili cuir et les tissus qui recouvrent ne sont pas du tout adaptés. Côté entourage, en effet commerces, restaurants et plage accessibles à pied, ce qui est très agréable mais c’est très bruyant : en journée les camions réfrigérés qui se garent sous l’appartement en laissant tourner les moteurs (impossible de garder une fenêtre ouverte et ça peut durer jusqu’à 1h) et les nuits sont pires (boîte de nuit à proximité ouverte de 1h à 6h, ramassage poubelles à 5h30 tous les jours). Boules quies obligatoires !
