Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "The scenery in this valley was gorgeous. My hiking, biking, & walking experience perfect. The natives were friendly people. The hotel restaurant was awesome. From the soup & salads to the roasted bbq lamb to the chicken & “rosnisat” AWESOME. The staff was nice. The proprietors were on site and very caring to their guests. “I’LL BE BACK”"

"Well, didn’t expect too much of it, but it turned out to be the coziest little ‘hotel’. Family owned with a very friendly hostess. Very clean room, stunning rural breakfast and a big balcony. A real throwback in time considering the standards, but that just adds to the charm! "

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Although no dedicated parking. Very easy to find some on streets around the guest house. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything. Walkable and quiet area. "
