"My wife and I booked this property so we could get a feel for the neighborhood and we loved it. The property is small but has everything you need to stay for a week of two, including parking which is a big plus. The location is very convenient, it's a residential neighborhood but just 10 minutes away from shops and restaurants and you can walk to Alki beach through a park in about 45 minutes."

"My husband and I needed a getaway from life for out 10 year Anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Available and helpful when needed and left us alone when nothing was needed. The cottage is very cute and comfortable with essentials. The view is amazing and probably even better during the warmer months when the sky is more clear. "Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
