"We were a group of friends who enjoyed a fantastic week in Théoule sur Mer. The best things about this listing : location, very well equipped kitchen, excellent shared living areas inside & out, good security, comfortable beds and accessible hostLeast favorite things : the swimming pool is smaller than what the photo suggests, the garage entrance is small and difficult to access from the main road with the amount of traffic"

"J'entame actuellement une procédure contre le propriétaire pour publicité mensongère. Il y a un grand décalage entre ce qui est présenté sur les photos & les descriptions avec la réalité. Dès la première ligne, il est indiqué que le logement est entier, premier mensonge. Ce n'est pas une villa qui est louée mais un RDC avec une locataire à l'étage. "Pros: Wonderful villa and perfect for the big family holiday (or several families together). Very nice host who cares about you. Cons: Cooking facilities could be better. If youvare cooking for a lot of people, the pans and pots are to small. But the amount of plates and glasses are OK!"

"Persönlicher Check-in und out durch die Vermieter. In einer großen Villa wurde eine nette Einliegerwohnung mit einem sehr schönen Pool vermietet, das restliche Haus war unbenutzt während der Zeit. Wohnung und Pool wäre für gehbehinderte Personen schwierig zu erreichen, aufgrund des steilen Treppenaufgangs. Alles sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, fussläufig zum Cavalaire Strand und in den Ort. Achtung: kein Wifi, kein WLAN; aber 5G und großer Satelliten-Fernseher. Haben die...

"Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious with a hob, fridge, microwave and cutlery. There is also a laundry room downstairs. Location? Amazing. Close to bus stops going up Le Cannet or down to Cannes. "

"Beautiful view from room. Wonderful area to walk around. Great restaurants close proximity. Comfortable beds and huge rooms! Overall, wonderful experience! If you have time, schedule a lunch in Mougins ( La Cave De Mougins) and then to Grasse (perfumery). And definitely take the train to Monaco! Beautiful! The Majestic hotel will give you great ideas! Great people! "

"Hotel is a good choice hotel off the main harbour of Cannes quite comfortable, staff are friendly only issues we had was first night at accommodation we were woke up by a violent fight in the corridor, then when we upgraded to a suite the rooms safe was broken staff fixed it however bathroom drains didn't seem to be flowing very well"

"Iconic hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our room on the sixth floor although the bathroom was too small and the closet was tiny Service throughout the hotel was excellent although housekeeping was inconsistent. They routinely forget to replace coffee cups, teabags, etc. Not what you'd expect for over $1,100 a night. Overall though the Martinez is highly recommended."
