"Property is beautiful, staff is excellent, the only problem is, is secluded and traffic is horrible to get back to Guatemala City. Goggle map send us through a dirt road full of pot holes full of water the size of a pool, with no one around to help.. My only observation for the improvement of this resort is, for them to advice guest of this different roads."

"Le service au restaurant vraiment très très lent. La nourriture n'est pas très bonne et cher pour ce qu'on nous sert. Pourboire inclus automatiquement avec le repas. Aucune façon de se déplacer aux alentours. Il faut prévoir louer une auto si on veut se déplacer."

"We got the room with no A/C in it, just a big fan, and no private bathroom either. Which we didn't mind, as we just needed a place to sleep in. Safe parking for our car, the pool and the public bathroom were clean. It's 3 blocks away from Cocori, a Super 24 convenient store 2 blocks away. We left the car in the hotel and walked everywhere we needed. We didn't get to meet the owner, just the lady that cleans the place. She showed us to our cabin where we found a clean room, two set of towels. There was no issue leaving our stuff there as we could lock the cabin door. "
