The wood is also very damp and hard to light and keep going. Very friendly staff. Grounds are beautiful when the sun is out. "The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip.
