"My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic week staying at the Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa. The staff at the resort made our experience even more wonderful. We’d like to give a special shout-out to the brilliant reception dream team, Tatiana, Christos & Apostolos Giannis, Guest Relations. They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating—even after our numerous visits to the reception. We enjoyed chatting with them and appreciated their sense of humor. Not forgetting Bledi Dimistris the welcoming porter. We’d like to express our gratitude to Renato & Ale, who tirelessly provided us with drinks despite working during the heatwave. Their smiles, jokes made the experience even better. We also want to thank Luigi and Yiannis for crafting lovely drinks at Senso Bar. Additionally, Fredian from the Greek restaurant was exceptionally attentive during our lunch, the waiters at the Italian restaurant, and Orge, the cart waiter, deserves our appreciation. The entire team at Mayia—the chefs, cleaners & waiters including the lovely ones at the Main restaurant— each and every staff we met contributed to a highly enjoyable stay. They are what makes Mayia the perfect getaway. The hotel design & decor is beautiful done up. We enjoyed everything about it. Our first all inclusive and it did not disappoint. It was a wonderful stay. Overall, Mayia offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, relaxation & culinary delights. Book it! You won’t regret it! "

"Mitsis Alila is a beautiful hotel that we keep returning to year after year. From the minute we get out of the taxi, we feel like we are returning to our Greek home & seeing friends & family. Everything about the hotel is outstanding, from the decor, cleanliness, food & entertainment. All members of staff go above & beyond to make sure your holiday is memorable. Special mention to Pantalis for the wonderful service on the beach, Christina in the Ouzeri, Magda & Evie for being so attentive in looking after us & Vitalia in guest relations for promptly & professionally dealing with any requests. Lastly, its always a pleasure seeing George (old) at breakfast & lunch & hearing all about his family & his daughters forthcoming wedding. This is the only hotel we keep returning to year after year & will continue to do so. Massive thanks to all at The Alila & we look forward to seeing you again next year."

"Stayed here for 12 nights (junior suite) and it’s a great centrally located hotel. Great choices for breakfast, including options to cater to different dietary requirements (my husband has coeliac disease so this was appreciated). Limited sun beds at the pool, but if you’re down for around 11am there’s usually some left. About 10mins walk from the Old Town and lots of good restaurants within 10mins walking distance."

"The hotel is very beautiful , we booked half board and it was excellent idea as I was worried being a fussy eater but there were wide variety of choices and the staff being so brilliant and friendly with a big smile and efficient "

"We liked the hotel very much but was disappointed in the 'garden'. We had requested a garden room thinking it would be on the edge of a garden. We did indeed have a small patio but beyond that was just a small gravelled area and some bushes. I had hoped to be able to sit in the garden as it is my preference to a pool. There was an additional very small area of grass attached to the covered sitting area of the hotel but this had no shade. But that was my only disappointment. "

"Such a lovely hotel, nothing within walking distance but the old town is 10 minutes away! Also if you order room service there’s a €5 charge per order which I didn’t know! Been there twice now and loved it, so many pool options and the staff are lovely and so is the food x"
