Miami Vice One is a sleek, one-bedroom luxury villa set directly on the calm, turquoise waters of a private bay on the island’s scenic southwest coast—just a short stroll from Sapodilla Bay Beach, yet peacefully removed from the crowds. Positioned for year-round sunset views, this villa offers rare seclusion in one of Turks and Caicos’ most photogenic and serene waterfront locations.
Swim, sunbathe, or unwind by your private pool with unobstructed views of the bay. From the elevated king suite to the open-concept living area and spacious pool terrace, nearly every corner of the villa celebrates the natural beauty of this hidden gem coastline. Sea turtles are frequent visitors in these crystal-clear shallows, and the soft glow of sunset lights up the water each evening.
Miami Vice One shares a gated driveway and paddleboards with its sister villa next door but maintains privacy thanks to thoughtful design and a dividing wall between pools. Wade just a few steps into the bay to explore calm waters by kayak or paddleboard, relax in the oversized soaking tub, or enjoy a beachfront moment on a small stretch of white sand tucked just around the bend.
Grill up fresh fish on the BBQ, enjoy tropical cocktails on the patio, or walk to the nearby Las Brisas restaurant for a sunset dinner over Chalk Sound. Grocery stores and dining options in Grace Bay are about 15–20 minutes by car, making this villa an ideal balance of convenience and seclusion.
Notes:
• At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge their service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation.
• A rental car is highly recommended as it is the best and most economical way of getting around.
• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!
• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in, and you are given an allotment of $150 per week, which is generally sufficient for guests' stays.
