We provide basic essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags, but these are not replenished during your stay. Coffee grounds and charcoal for the BBQ are also provided. Early check-in/check-out and luggage storage are free with prior notice. Housekeeping is not provided daily, but can be arranged for $85 USD. Please notify us in advance. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required, and refunded if all terms are met. Water pressure may vary due to shortages in Turks and Caicos.

Renters must be 21 or older to book.
No smoking or recreational drugs on the property (penalty: $300).
No parties, illegal activities, or excessive noise. No loud music after 10 pm.
Only registered guests are allowed.
