Living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 lounge chairs, TV, coffee and end tables.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a new gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, farm sink w/ garbage disposal. There is a small walk-in pantry w/ a coffee station and microwave.

Bathroom has a tiled shower and a pedestal sink.
