"We had a great time and used almost everything the house has to offer. The fire pit, pool table, bbq, etc. all appliances are brand new. Same as kitchen ware, etc. location was 5 mins away from Southwest Harbor. About 30 mins from larger Bar Harbour and Acadia. It was not a problem for us since we were not looking to be close to a larger city. Host was responsive and instructions spot on. Would totally recommend."

"We had the best time exploring Acadia and being able to stay at this amazing home! It literally had everything you could possibly need. It was so clean, comfortable and peaceful. Being greeted every morning by the cute little deer was an extra bonus. It was great being walking distance to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse and a 4 minute drive to the Wonderland Trail. And close enough to end most evenings in Southwest Harbor. Looking forward to returning in the future!"

"We had a great stay with our family. The house is very well stocked and has an amazing location on the lake. Our family enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake, fishing off the dock, and sitting around the fire in the evening. Naomi was a wonderful and super responsive host! "

"My family had a wonderful stay in this house. Between hiking in the Schoodic Peninsula, visiting Bar Harbor, and soaking up the view from Cadillac Mountain, we loved swinging on the porch swing, having coffee on the front porch, and relaxing around the dinner table. "The property is spacious and in a great location. Close enough to walk into town and tennis courts. The property management was extremely helpful and friendly. They repaired clogged sinks and replaced non functioning grill during our stay. Cleanliness of property was lacking but management did try to address this issue also. "

"Amanda was excellent host and was very responsive to questions. Home was clean, cozy and comfortable for our family of 4 and dog. We enjoyed the proximity to the tidal falls which offered dark skies to observe the meteor showers and aurora borealis. Easy drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor (approx 45 mins)."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very clean and well-supplied. The view is unbeatable. For whoever stays in the upstairs room, be careful of the slanted low parts of the ceiling - it is easy to hit your head! Our checkout time was 9am - it would have been nice for a later time since we were requested to start a load of laundry, take trash out, etc. But overall, a lovely stay and would stay again!"

"The cottage was very clean and organized. You can tell that it was recently renovated and it felt modern but maintained the Maine cottage feeling. The cottage was stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes - just about everything you’d need to cook during your stay. There was even what appeared to be a brand new grill on the patio. "Our family stayed several days at this spacious house in an adorable neighborhood while visiting Acadia National Park. We enjoyed taking walks to the town dock, and seeing the fishermen walk down the street on their way to work in the morning. The house was clean and had plenty of utensils for cooking and preparing meals. Love the self check in and check out. We would definitely stay again during our next trip to Maine. "
