"There was nothing to complain about this hotel. The rooms are really big, spacious and comfortable, well lit and clean. And despite the heat of Merida we never suffered. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. A lot better than bigger name hotels in the city. And the staff was really helpful and attentive. All in all the best stay I’ve had"

"Beautiful historic property. Very quiet at night and in the morning, which is so important for being on vacation. Well maintained pool area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good in-house restaurant. Chef personally came out and greeted me. Chef also offered to modify any of the dishes on the menu to my preference. Can't beat that kind of service!"
