Wonderful location!

This apartment is lovely and is exactly as the pictures show in the listing. Prvlaka is far enough away from the crowds in Old Town Zadar yet only a 20 minute drive. The view from the large private terrace is fabulous and the interior was clean and modern. Zdenka and Kristina are very accessible and eager to help with anything you may need. Their kindness was much appreciated.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht: die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist zauberhaft - das Meer schimmert regelrecht türkis. Uns hat auch die Lage sehr gut gefallen: es ist ruhig und eine tolle Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto. Die Bucht eignet sich hervorragend für kleinere Kinder, die noch nicht so sicher schwimmen können: wir haben wenig Wellengang beobachtet - man kann sehr weit ins Meer hineinlaufen.

Traumhaftes Appartement direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern, ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und reagieren umgehend auf Fragen und Wünsche. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und ins Meer direkt vor dem Haus geht man auf feinstem Sand! Wir haben die Tage bei Zdenka sehr genossen und werden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in dieser Ecke Kroatiens keine Zeit mit der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft verschwenden.

Direkt am Meer

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Meer und ist sehr sauber. Am Nachmittag bzw. Abend kann man die Sonne auf der Terrasse mit den vorhandenen Liegen genießen. Die Gegend ist für Ruhesuchende ein Tipp da die Promenade und das Meer nicht mit anderen Urlaubern überlaufen ist, sonder man hat genügend Platz für sich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und ist für Anliegen und Fragen gut erreichbar. Für Kinder ist die Lage ideal, da der Meeresboden sandig ist und man keine Schuhe benötigt. Ca. 60m flacheres Wasser, erst dann tiefer. Für Kinder ideal zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen da sie zwischendurch immer wieder stehen können. Erste Restaurants sind in einem gemütlichen Abendspaziergang in 10-15 Minuten gut erreichbar. Auch einen kleinen Vergnügungspark erreicht man in 10 Minuten Fussmarsch. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub!

Schöner Traum am Meer

Meine Familie und ich haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden diesen gerne verlängern oder hier wiederholen. Das Appartement liegt ca. 15 km. nördlich von Zadar und ist vom Flughafen in etwa 20-30 Minuten per Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus hat 3 Etagen und beherbergt 6 Parteien. Wir hatten das Apartement im ersten Obergeschoß belegt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, nur getrennt durch einen mit kleinen Kieseln/Steinen gestalteten Bereich, auf dem man die dort vorhandenen Liegen zum Sonnenbaden nutzen kann und einem betonierten Weg, der sich die Bucht entlang schlängelt. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses beherbergt ein Parkplatz die Autos der Mieters, gesichert durch ein automatisiert zu öffnendes Tor. Neben dem Haus mit Blick auf das Meer lädt ein Pool zum Schwimmen ein und bietet an einem Ende des Pools zusätzliche Entspannung durch Whirlpooldrüsen. Eine Dusche dient der Abkühlung bevor oder nachdem man den Poll genutzt hat. Weiterhin kann man einen Holzkohlengrill nutzen, der eingelassen in einen Tisch auf Barhocker seine Gäste einlädt. Das Appartement ist nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein mit zwei Schlafzimmern und bietet moderne Technik als auch in jedem Zimmer einen modernen Fernseher in größerem Ausmaß. Das Appartement, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben im Gegensatz zu anderen Urlauben nichts vermisst. Ein Gasgrill lädt zum abendlichen Grillen auf dem Balkon ein, so dass man mit Blick aufs Meer beim Sonnenuntergang die Aussicht genießen kann. Morgens kann man wie so manch anderer den Weg am Ufer zum Joggen nutzen. Auf dem schönen Balkon genießt man dann das Frühstück bei einer frischen und angenehmen Meeresbrise. Zwei Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) sind sehr schön eingerichtet. In einem ca. 1 km enfernten Supermarkt gibt es alles zu kaufen. Wenn man etwas besonderes möchte, kann man in Zadar sicher dies finden. Der Tourismus ist hier vorhanden aber noch eher zurückhaltend ausgeprägt. Wer Disko- und Club-Nächte sucht, wird diese woanders finden. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit genossen, unsere Kinder konnten mit anderen Kindern in ihrem Alter aus den anderen Appartements schnell Freundschaft schließen. Andere Familien nutzen auch die Campingplätze oder andere Häuser in der Umgebung. Das Meer hat hier eine Bucht gestaltet, die es besonders Nichtschwimmern ermöglicht, die ersten Meter für sich zu nutzen, da man ca. 100 Meter (je nach Tidenhub) ins Meer gehen muss, bevor es richtig tief wird. Super!
