The city in general is funded by narco business out of Albania. Graft and corruption are rampant. The whole place is littered with trash. No where you look is safe from debris. There's choking construction and no sense of city planning. Absolute mess

Although infrastructure is challenged by size of population, there is an abundance of enjoyable bars and restaurants and positive energy in the city.
