"Great location but needs proper TLC"

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

Wir haben die Standardhütte gebucht, würde ggfls. die etwas teuren buchen, wegen mehr komfort. We had to get the host's golf cart to get us there from outside of the Old Town area. Car needed to be parked outside Old Town. "The rooms are beautiful and cozy right in the middle of the old town with delicious dining options right out the front door. The available parking are public parking spots between 8-18min walk away as no cars can access the property. Also if you plan on using the nearby park to jump in the water I recommend bringing a beach towel!"

There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place.
