Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans across 120 square meters on two levels. The house has been recently renovated in 2022. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. There are two rooms on this level, each furnished with one double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm in length, and satellite TV. Another room on this floor has a single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm in length, also with satellite TV. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a dining table. There is a shower room with a bidet and a toilet on this level.

The house offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and the entrance hall. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs. For outdoor enjoyment, there is a barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and television. The house can accommodate up to 9 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Satellite TV is available in multiple rooms for entertainment. One of the bathrooms features a jacuzzi bathtub for relaxation.

Outdoor spaces include a partially roofed terrace measuring 36 square meters and another terrace spanning 52 square meters. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking house.
