"We were only in the property a couple of hours before we were moved due to the building being unsafe. We were moved to an apartment at roughly 21:30 at night, we were moved to an apartment with no hot tub, as this was not the experience we were looking for we agreed with Donnini to leave the next morning and they would give us a full refund (we were booked for two nights). "The location of the property was perfect. Close to downtown and restaurants and right on the ocean from the back door. Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable. We found them quite hard. We found clothes in a drawer left by a previous guest. I would say housekeeping does the minimum clean and does not check to see if anything is left behind. We also found a duffel bag in one of the drawers. It was put on top of the wardrobe, as I am short it took a couple of tries to get it up there....

"ABSOLUTELY LOVED this little flat! It had very thing you need, was cozy, and just so cute! Wish we could have stayed longer! It’s also right off the town centre of Prestwick so you have so many choices of food in a close walk. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. "
