Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. Highly recommend; will return this summer or fall to enjoy the river."

"I was looking for somewhere that could accommodate my elderly parents and found this lovely place in Tawas City. There are some steps but certainly much more mobile friendly for my parents than many of the waterfront homes I was seeing available. The home is beautifully appointed and honestly the views, the views, the views!!! Frank & Jennifer are amazing and very responsive to inquiries/questions. Sadly, my sister and I realized that this would probably be the last trip we will be able to take...

"The house and lake were beautiful. Very clean. So quiet…we enjoyed it. The beds were quite comfortable as well. A garage door opener would have been very useful to have. We loved our stay. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency and had to leave our 5 day stay 2 days early but maybe we will get a chance to return again."

"The property was amazing you have the best of lakefront, views and river front. Listening to the dam and river was so relaxing, the lake is also very calm and the views are really nice. Fishing was amazing we caught largemouth bass, rock bass, and brown trout in the river we even cooked the fish over the fire.
