Stay at 'Villa Prefailles", 12 to 19 June, 2023
Place is new and very clean, but:
Location is next to an industrial zone
Toilets and bathroom are shared
Room is very small and cluttered
There is no window. Last week, even if not particularly hot for the season, room was stuffy, with no air. It was 27 celsius inside.
When you go out for the day you are asked to perform incredible gymnastics to leave the door shutter half open and to pull a curtain so that belongings cannot be viewed from the outside.
Overall, poor value for money. We find that not disclosing in the ad that there was no window and that the toilets and bathroom were shared with other guests was unethical.
Having looked at the description of the property in both English and French, there is no mention of the bathroom and toilet being shared with another room nor is it clear from the photos that there is no window.
