"Upon arrival, we were excited for our stay. The property looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Once we entered the home, we were met with 89* on the thermostat. With a trip booked in July, one would expect the AC was started before arrival, even in the 70s. The owner responded that we booked a farm house in the middle of the summer and blamed his cleaning lady for not turning on. "From the time we got to the desk and to our room until we had breakfast and checked out, we felt welcomed. There was also a wedding going on and they were busy, but the staff was on top of everything. The room was spotless and the snack tray was fully stocked, which was a nice touch! This was our 4th stay and it was the best. We will be back! "
