We only rent with signed contract and photos of the documents of the guests sent for completion of the rent.
FOR FAMILIES ONLY, (WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUTH GROUPS)

- IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE LEISURE AREA OF THE CONDOMINIUM.

- IN THE PERIOD OF YOUR STAY YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RECEIVE VISITS. (Condominium Rule).

Top floor with a beautiful view of the city from the beach. I'm sure it will be very comfortable days in a wonderful space and the place is very privileged the corner of the fort is close to the military base giving extra security to the guests and has a beautiful sea start with mountains and other attractions as offered to Guests in the corner of the fort. NOTE: Apartment being assembled with everything brand new so far for rent we have 1 sofa w / auxiliary bed in the living room as a sofa, a bunk bed with 3 mattresses, a stove, refrigerator, a cupboard, crockery and cutlery in general "basic" , and the rest we will buy as we rent. Plus the apartment is beautiful and I'm sure everyone will love it.
