Expedia allowed me to book the stay at 9:30pm for the very same night; 10:15pm I was at the property - no one at the reception, impossible to check-in. I was there for ~20min waiting. Some people were loud at the "staff only" door next to the reception. After knocking on them, they came out storming at me what do I want, to stop knocking on them, and that they "don't work there".
