Few obstacles before you get there
You take key in different place than apartment and you have to go back there to leave it.it is about 1.7 km one way. They add 40 zloty to your bill for every person extra because room technically is for 2 people but you don't say that on the beginning. Furniture inside are from IIkea and they were used a lot so if you are big guy be careful they are fragile. But place is clean and have many beds. Bathroom is nice and have washing machine.

Sketchy. Smelly. Spiderwebby.
It was easy to retrieve the keys from 24hour security but getting to the apartment was really sketchy especially if you arrive after dark. You walk 5 min to location through a gate and dark courtyard into the building which smelled of egg shells thrown on the hallway floor. Apartment had spider webs and the bed is a cott which is extremely uncomfortable. There was also a futon which had sheets that had weird stains on it (I'd rather not know what that was). We booked three nights but only stayed for one.

Disappointing
This is a student dorm which when not rented to students is passed as a apartment hotel. There is no reception where one can pick up the keys or ask questions. I spoke with one of the students who lived there and they directed me to a security office several blocks away. Once at the security office the security guard simply gave me a key which no instructions as to where the apartment is located or how to get in. Luckily some of the residents were helpful. The unit itself was fairly clean and comfortable. The construction of the building is such that you can hear the next person along with whenever someone comes in or out. I would not recommend this unless you have absolutely no other choice.

Great location and price
Good location a short walk from main town square, great price, clean and decently equipped. The only main negative for me was the very poor quality and inconsistent wifi connection.

Apartment behind the carpark and cinema
Although it was an apartment set in a residential building, it was down behind a car park and a movie theatre entrance and was within an old run down building. Security was quite good at the entrance to the complex but in the street and car park directly outside there was a significant number of vagrants and drunks even in day light hours.

Nie polecam nikomu! Nie wynajmujcie tego
Bardzo się zawiodłam i nie polecam nikomu wynajmu apartamentu z tej firmy. Zaczynając od początku wynajelam. Apartament przy ul. Rynaki 6b wraz z koleżanką. Do Poznania planów przyjazd miałyśmy o godzinie 22, więc uprzedzilam obsługę że klucze odbierzemy po godzinie 22, mówili że nie ma problemu. Apartament oplavilysmy z góry 2 dni wcześniej podając nr karty ( pieniądze zostały ściągnięte z konta) Gdy przyjechaliśmy po klucze, Pan obsługujący nie chciał abyśmy zapłaciły ponownie za apartament 320zl ( zaznaczam że,apartament był już opłacony) więc aby rozwiązać problem zadzwonilysmy z Panem do głównej obsługi apartamentów, po czym Pani nie była skora do pomocy i nie obchodziło ja ani potwierdzenie rezerwacji, ani potwierdzenie wpłat nawet nie chciała tego zobaczyć, upiwrajac się że mamy zapłacić 320zl bo ona nie ma nic odnaczonego, powiedziała również że powinnyśmy się cieszyć że wogole z nami rozmawia ponieważ ona odbiera do 22 a jest już po. było przed godziną 23, spędziliśmy tam około 1h prosząc aby wydali te klucze, aż wkoncu się na to zgodzili. Wyszlysmy przed 24.. Nie uslyszalysmy nawet przepraszam pomimo że wina była ewidentnie po ich stronie. Sam apartament w okropny miejscu, znajduje się w starej oficynie, do okola sama patologia. Byłyśmy 2 noce i w obie bardzo głośno, na podwórku siedzą pijani panowie, awanturuja się a wszystko to słychać ponieważ ściany nie są wogole wyciszone. Pierwszy raz się spotkałam z wynajem apartamentu w tak patologicznej bramie.
