"Beautiful cottage in the heart of Beadnall just round the corner from our favourite pub The Craster Arms. Lovely cosey cottage with fabulous woodburner perfect after a walk on the nearby beach. Beds very comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Only downside was the shower which had very little power and was therefore disappointing considering everything else in the cottage was quality. Overall a lovely family break"

"Extremely dirty, shabby, in need of a full refurbishment, totally overlooked, noisy, no outside space, parking very difficult. Photos available of the filthy property"

"Very nice cottage plenty of room for 6 people and close to all local amenities. Beach is about a 15min walk away but not a problem. Harbour is just at the bottom of the road and plenty of benches to sit and relax. My only issue with all properties on this street/road not just this one is parking. You can literally park one car per property and then still have to ask people to move vehicles to get in and out. Other than that loved our stay."

"We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!"

"Well decorated and equipped 3 bedroom house in a quiet street just off the Main Street in Alnmouth. Private garden was a bonus! "

"Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road. "Lovely cottage recently refurbished to a high standard. Well equipped comfortable and very clean. Great location just a short walk over the dunes to get to the beach. The garden was on the small side but plenty of seating provided as well as a built in BBQ. "

"Great place to stay, met by helpful friendly staff & most dog friendly place stayed in. Really clean & good food. Ate dinner on arrival & great eggs florentine for breakfast. Lovely to actually stay in the centre of Eyemouth with beautiful beach walks. "

"We stayed for our Anniversary trip and I booked the Olympic suite restaurant and wasn’t disappointed, fabulous food, wonderful attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us , room was fantastic comfortable beds and pillows , bed was enormous, we had a bath and shower and tea making facilities, everything was within walking distance, lovely few days would certainly go back and a great choice , my only negative was parking which can spoil your experience and made arrival for us very stressful "

"The room rate was great for the area. Beds were comfortable and overlooked fields of wheat, and views of Bamburgh castle in the distance. Considering the location next to a busy road it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful when a bath mat was requested. Beds were comfortable and the room had all the basics. Bathroom was small but nothing out of the standard for a hotel of this price bracket. I had the cooked veggie breakfast which was tasty and a good sized portion. "

"We booked this very last minute and got the last room! It was advertised as small and delivered. Beggars cant be choosers but it was clean and comfortable. The car park is small so unless you're there early its one of the many privately owned car parks in the town and harbour. Beware of the time limits and restrictions. Hotel has a lovely outside seating area in the late afternoon sunshine. Didn't have diner at the hotel but breakfast was buffet style with an excellent choice for all the fussy eaters. We would stay here again."
