This is an area with many cycling and hiking trails. The villa is 2 km from the town center of Pouzols, where you can enjoy the streetscape and local culture. Olonzac, the lively town with its town center is 6 km away if you wish to go for a stroll. The beautiful Jouarres Lake is 8 km away, where you can go swimming and sunbathing. At 15 km, you'll find the town of Minerve, one of France's most beautiful villages.

There is a coffee machine in the kitchen to grab a quick cup in the evenings. The television has, because of the satellite, access to almost every European channels. Also there is a Google chrome cast attached to it, so you can watch everything you also can watch from home. In the large garden, you have a private swimming pool, surrounded by a large terrace. You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers before going for a swim. The roofed terrace is a very quiet and lovely place to have meals or to read in the shade.

A security deposit of EUR 115,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
