"We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip. "

"First off the disclosures were not shared until after the booking through hotels.com where we found we have to pay for additional people over 6 even though the house sleeps 14. We tried to cancel but the “owner” doesn’t issue refunds since we booked it and we were traveling within 4 days so no refunds. The is very misleading and felt very bait and switch to me.
