"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

"HORRENDOUS! The room we booked was not honoured. We paid for a Deluxe Quad room with one double bed and 2 single beds for family of 4, inclu was SUPPOSED TO BE TV, wifi, balcony, separate seating area. What we received was a room with 2 double beds, no tv, no wifi, no balcony, no separate seating area, dangerous steps immediately outside of bathroom, no handrail up steep flight of stairs to room, toilet and shower visible to outside through plain window into a public seating area as curtains did...
