Wir haben uns -,wie auch vor zwei Jahren sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Vermieter ist ein sympathischer zuvorkommender Mensch…..unheimlich bemüht dass man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann….. Vinjeriac ist ein malerisches Fischerdorf mit vielen kleinen Restaurants…Bars und tollen Menschen…. Paclenica Park,Plivitzer Seen…..tolle Badebuchten mit wunderschönen Wasser zum schnorcheln und Tauchen…… das alles vor der Nase zu haben ist einfach toll und wahnsinnig erholsam…. Wir kommen wieder

Es war ein wahnsinnig erholsamer Urlaub!

Der Vermieter ist klasse, super sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Unser Sohn (8) hat ihn schon auf der Rückfahrt vermisst. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage einmalig. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Sehr ruhege Lage. Tolles Meer!

Vlado ist sehr freundliche Vermieter! Hat immer Zeit für seine Gäste. Der gibt immer gute Tipps für Ausflüge… Der Kümmert über angenehme Aufenthalt! Gesamte Anlage ist bisschen in Jahre gegangen. Aber sehr sauber und hinterlässt gute Eindruck! Strand im Dorf ist ziemlich klein. Wir haben sehr gute Lagune gefunden nur 2 km. Von Dorf entfernt, mit richtig klares Wasser und runde Kieselsteine.

Unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien

Vlado, ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Er sorgt sich um alle seine Gäste, ist auf Sauberkeit bedacht und hat immer Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch, was uns natürlich sehr weiter geholfen hat. Von der Einrichtung der Wohnung darf man nicht ganz das erwarten, was geschrieben steht. Es ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns aber eh nur auf dem Balkon aufgehalten. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind sehr sauber und wir fanden es sehr angenehm, morgens und abends zum schwimmen zu gehen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war atemberaubend, man schaut genau auf das Velebit Gebirge. Der Ort ansich ist recht klein, hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant und einen kleinen "Supermarkt", wo man das nötigste kaufen kann. Der Badestrand ist sehr, sehr klein und man muss Alternativen suchen. Die Umgebung ist aber sehr schön und man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal ganz herzlich bei unserem Vermieter, Vlado, bedanken. Jochen und Petra aus Hoyerswerda

Schade!

Schade! Leider entsprach die Wohnung und Umgebung nicht der Internet Darstellung . Das Apartment war in Ordnung und akzeptabel. Leider war der versprochener Meerblick auf der Terrasse oder dem Balkon nur im Stehen möglich. Wenn man sich hingesetzt hat, schaute man auf eine schlecht verputzte, viel zu hohe, weiße Wand. Die Balkonmöbel waren alt und sehr abgewohnt. Auflagen zu den Liegen am Pool gab es keine. Neben unserem Balkon waren alle vier Klimaanlagen angebracht, die wenigstens 30 Jahre alt und völlig verrottet waren und dementsprechend so laut brummten, dass wir die erste Woche gar nicht auf unserem Balkon sitzen konnten. Allerdings war der Vermieter sehr bemüht und tauschte zwei der alten Anlagen aus. Unsere jedoch brummt so laut, dass wir sie weder nachts anstellen konnten, noch wenn wir auf dem Balkon saßen. Rechts und links neben unserem Ferienhaus standen zwei Immobilien, die noch nicht fertig waren und dessen Baulärm uns fast täglich die Ruhe nahm, obwohl es in Kroatien ein Verbot gibt, wonach von Juni bis Juli kein Baulärm erfolgen darf. Die Krönung war, als dann der Vermieter am Sonntag den ganzen Tag mit dem Kärcher das Dach und die Wege abspritzte,Was einen riesigen Lärm stundenlang hervorrief.

Litet men trevligt

Trevlig hyresvärd som talade tyska och lite engelska. Han hyr ut fem lägenheten men bara en av dem har tvättmaskin trots att annonsen gör sken av att det finns i samtliga lägenheter. Det var ett litet minus. Poolen var toppen. Över lag ett trevligt och lugnt område.
