ACOMODA ATÉ 16 PESSOAS, tendo 4 camas de casal, 4 camas de solteiro + 2 beliches distribuídas em 5 quartos, sendo 2 deles suítes. Ao todo, entre banheiros sociais e suítes temos 5 banheiros (com chuveiros) + 1 ducha no deck da piscina. A casa é mobiliada e equipada com facilidades para o seu melhor conforto e ACOMODA ATÉ 5 CARROS NA GARAGEM. Possui AR CONDICIONADO em todos os quartos, com excessão de 1 quarto no momento. O quarto em questão acomoda 3 pessoas e não é suíte, entretanto o problema será resolvido em breve. A casa é muito espaçosa, área externa ampla e muito boa (piscina, churrasqueira, garagem), todos os itens da casa funcionando perfeitamente. A comunicação com a Zana sempre rápida e resolutiva com o que precisamos durante a nossa estadia. Ótima localização, segurança, próximo da praia e de comércio. A limpeza da casa merece mais atenção.

Cumpre bem oque promete.
Fomos em grupo de 13 pessoas no total, sendo 4 crianças. A casa e bem grande super espaçosa e toda montada, principalmente a cozinha (top), atende um grupo de 20 pessoas tranquilamente, porém e uma construção antiga que está passando por uma reforma que nós incomodou um pouquinho, a limpeza também poderia ser um pouco melhor. A localização e ótima. No geral gostámos da casa, atende bem as espectativas.

Excelente casa.
Nos sentimos em casa, casa limpa, arejada, todos os quartos com ar ou ventilador, localização excelente, filtro para água, churrasqueira piscina, chuveiros quentinhos. Acredito que faltam apenas armários nos quartos. No mais, tudo perfeito!!! Com certeza voltaremos. Parabéns a Zana (responsável), sempre disposta l, solicita e disponível. Amamos!!!! Obrigado por esta oportunidade que acolheu tão bem minha família. Fomos em 19 pessoas e ficamos super confortáveis.

Poderia ser melhor .. Chegamos lá algumas lâmpadas e ventilador não estava funcionando. Banheiro com as portas emperrada. Sujeiras na casa .. À máquina de lavar não funciona Sem tanque para lavar a roupa . Piscina limpa no período que estávamos lá. Manutenção da casa no momento que estamos lá.

Poderia ser muito melhor, falta cuidado
A casa tem uma boa estrutura, mas sua conservação deixa a desejar e muito, problemas sérios de estrutura, as portas de praticamente todos os banheiros agarrando. Quando cheganos na casa e informamos ao proprietário alguns problemas como por exemplo a sujeira, o capim em volta da casa alto, algumas lâmpadas que não estava funcionando, chuveiro de um dos banheiros não estava esquentando, fomos atendidos parcialmente. As roupas de camas são velhas e com mau cheiro. Ponto positivo, boa localização, área fora da casa mt boa, estacionamento interno bom. Sentimento que tivemos da casa é que falta mais cuidado, uma boa reforma, uma atenção maior para casa, pois é grande e se melhorar esses detalhes a experiência seria outra.

Grande, mas precisa de mais cuidados!
A Casa grande, mas precisa de mais cuidados e mais observação nos detalhes. Quando chegamos, a casa estava fechada, com cheiro de mofo. A roupa de cama deixou muito a desejar, tudo colorido e de má qualidade. Um dos chuveiros não tinha água quente. Tinha barata na cozinha. A piscina foi limpa no período em que estávamos lá, poderia ter sido limpa antes e depois. Enfim, não foi o esperado.
