The staff was very welcoming and friendly 😊 the people at the reception and the lady from the cafeteria who gave us Chocolate croissants at our arrival 😍 we booked a one bedroom, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. "SNCF really screwed our stay with noise at night especially night before Paris Marathon by running a jackhammer all night. Shower stalls are inadequately enclosed and making whole bathroom floor wet. Sink frequently reeks of sewage. No air conditioning in the room, it’s too hot for two people and we could not open windows at night because of the noise outside."

The only problem we have is running out of hot water (4 people in the suite) by the time the last person needed to shower, there was no more hot water. "The Residhotel is recognized as good for long stays, and that certainly matched my experience. The room includes a small kitchen area that allows someone to have snacks or meals at the hotel. The hotel is well located. You have a short walk to one Metro station, and a slightly longer walk to other Metro stations and RER. And if you want the shuttle to Beauvais (for Ryanair) that station is a 20 min. walk. Also, you have two laundries nearby, and a variety of small to large grocery stores....

"The room was spacious. Having a full kitchen is handy when you’re staying longer. There is a washer and dryer but it’s on the small-ish side, but very reasonably priced. They provide free detergent as well. We arrived super early and while check in wasn’t til 3pm, they were able to provide an early check in for a small fee when I inquired. The area around the hotel can get busy but the street itself is quiet. The metro stations are not that far but does involve a bit of stairs or walking up...

Superb Hotel located near Tour Eiffel
"Ibis Paris is 5-10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and location near everything. My home away from home where me and my friend from US and Canada stayed here for 9 days. It’s accessible by train / metro which is next to hotel and many surrounding restaurants close late til 12am or 2am. There’s also a shared Microwave in the lobby and we refill our water daily at the lobby water dispenser. The front desk staff are helpful and attentive to our needs. The houseketyingvstaff is amazing always there when we need cleaning or refilling supplies. I highly recommend this location and hotel for its cleanliness, value for the money and near all Parisien sights."
