Studio room located on the 2nd floor furnished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including WiFi, smart tv, heat, air conditioning, kitchen, Keurig (k-cups not provided), essentials, private bathroom, and closet. This space boasts a great work-from-home environment!

Guests will access the building through the front door and take the stairs to the second floor and use the entry code provided to unlock the door. This unit is located in the middle of the building just above the main entrance.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit your tenant will be charged $200.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
